Prices
At Magnifique Clothing, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right to change prices for sold-out items.

Payment
Magnifique Clothing accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery
Magnifique strives to ship orders placed before 5 pm the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 48. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do deliver abroad and to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items will be shipped with Postnord.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday of the week. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The conditions will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

EU Delivery: 4-7 business days

INTL Delivery: 5-9 business days

Delivery to Greenland: 4-12 business days

Delivery to The Faroe Island: 5-11 business days

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Magnifique Clothing will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return for goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;
- When you receive the order.
- Receive the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- Receive the last lot, or last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession, when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after. The notification must be given by email to Info@magnifique-clothing.com In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Non-financial services provided, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The dispatch will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent by COD.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must try the item without actually using it.

Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned them.

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
